Rules to follow when auctioning

Okay, So On other sites that have auctions and stuff they have some strict rules. Now, if you try to scam or anything, you will be Perm Ban. Now if you are apart of the staff and you scam someone, You will be banned for 3 days and be demoted and never will be staff again. If you donated 10$ or more to get Premium and you scam someone, same goes for you. You will get demoted back down to a member and no mater how much you donate to us you will never become premium again. Even if you try to make a new account, That won't work either. We do Have your IP Address.

If you are putting something up in the auctions, you could say asking for money, or points.
